·  Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical, non-technical, managerial and Trainer positions

·  Pre-screening Candidates - Qualify candidates by way of technical screening, phone/in-person interviewing, salary discussion/negotiation and feedback 

·  3+ years technical sourcing and recruiting experience, especially within the Infrastructure/IT Engineering backgrounds

·  Extensive experience with sourcing tools like Dice, Linkedin etc

·  Experience with Placement of Bench consultants (Sales). 

·  Prepare/ brief candidates prior to interviews 

·  Work closely with Client Managers and Business Development Specialist to find, qualify and place IT and engineering professionals with our Clients 

·  Enter candidate information and updates into our tracking system on a real time basis Stay educated on current and new and emerging technologies 

·  Must have a "can do" attitude and be able to talk to people. Must be organized.
