Membership Secretary of State Simrandeep Singh has released a list of permitted and prohibited activities involving the relaxation of interstate and intrastate travel. Tourists from other states can enter Kashmir without negative reports of Covid.

Travellers do not need an e-passport to enter the state.

All passengers are required to undergo her COVID-19 test at Srinagar & Jammu Airport. 

Each passenger must complete her ICMR form upon arrival.

There is currently no curfew in the state.

All travellers are subject to her mandatory Covid-19 antigen test.

Travellers visiting South Kashmir must carry a vaccination certificate. Reese’s Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine is now open to visitors.

The Gulmarg Gondola is now open to tourists.

Shikara rides operate on Dal Lake.

Buses, auto-rickshaws and taxis operate within the state.

Commuter trains run to and from the state on a limited schedule. There are no restrictions on interstate travel by air, train or road.
