The Home Office’s Global talent visa guidance is clear and straightforward. The applicant for a Global talent visa needs to have either an eligible award or must have been granted endorsement from one of the six authorised endorsing bodies, or the endorsing bodies have not withdrawn the grant after review.
When any of the three is applicable, the candidate can apply for a Global Talent visa.

This review stage is also called the endorsement stage.

Application process
On successful completion of the endorsement stage you can begin applying for a Global talent visa and it should not be more than 3 months before your date of travel.
You must upload your documents and pay the fee.
Currently, the global talent visa application processing fee is £152. Applying for dependents will cost you another £608 per person.
Immigration Health Surcharge cost is also levied on your application, which is £624 per person per year.
The fee at the endorsement stage is £456.
