Create your account using a web browser or phone app
Follow the easy instructions for creating your account on either a computer or mobile device. It takes about 5 minutes, and will involve inputting your name, email address, date of birth, gender, zip code and password. You’ll also be asked to provide the answers to 3 security questions that you can create yourself. If you have an existing Disney account with other Disney apps like ESPN+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc., you should use that same login information as it will transfer across all of those platforms seamlessly. Once completed, you’ll need to wait 2-3 days for your subscription credentials to arrive in the mail before logging in again.
