Embassy Industrial Parks was founded to address the issues that businesses face while constructing and maintaining industrial and warehouse spaces in a vast, diverse, and geographically dispersed market like India. Blackstone Real Estate has acquired the industrial parks spanning 10 million square feet and seven locations for $700 million.
Through Embassy Energy, we are attempting to make the firm more sustainable in terms of power costs. Capitalizing on the sun’s enormous potential, the Embassy Group has ventured into the renewable energy market, with a 100 MW solar power facility in Karnataka being active since March 2018. A second 100MW plant is planned for the next two years as part of Embassy Office Parks’ growth plans.

Our hospitality portfolio includes five projects: the Hilton, Embassy Bangalore Golf Links, a Five Star hospitality to complement the business parks; Le Meridien next to a lush Golf Course; Four Seasons Hotel, strategically located between the CBD and Bengaluru International Airport; and the dual brand Hilton Bangalore and Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore, which will be the largest in the category in South India at Embassy Manyata Business Park.

The firm also owns and operates the Embassy International Riding School, a cutting-edge international riding academy in Bangalore. The facility offers Equestrian Sports training and features a highly competent crew.
Embassy Group has established a benchmark in Indian real estate in Bangalore Projects and has also ventured into education and sports. Stonehill International School opened in North Bangalore in 2008, making it the only school in South India to offer all three International Baccalaureate programmes: Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, and Diploma Programme.
