Cristiano Ronaldo wants to move back to England

Several reports have been circulating that claim Cristiano Ronaldo is planning a move to Europe. However, while there are a number of clubs that are actively trying to sign the Brazilian, there is no guarantee he will leave Manchester United.

In fact, there is some indication that Ronaldo would prefer to stay in the Manchester area. This is despite the fact that he has spent the past six years in Portugal with Sporting Lisbon.

Earlier this summer, he was accused of tax evasion, and this has left him on the lookout for a new club. He was reportedly offered a lucrative deal with Saudi Arabia, but it was rejected.

Juventus bid for Mubarak Wakaso

It’s no secret that Juventus are big fans of Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso. After making 26 appearances for Espanyol in the Spanish topflight last season, the 20-year-old impressed the Bianconeri scouts with his performances and was rewarded with a five-year contract. Aside from Wakaso’s talents, the club will have a slew of star quality players to choose from in the coming weeks.

There are many names in town for the coveted title but there’s a new entrant in the competition and he’s not shy about promoting himself. In fact, he’s already been linked with several European and South American clubs and is set to move into the Emirates Stadium when his contract expires.

Arsenal winger Christian Atsu ready to leave FC Porto

The 20-year-old has impressed at international level, and he is poised to break into the Premier League. But he will need to make an impact regularly to prove his worth.

Bayern Munich place goalkeeper Yann Sommer at the top of their shortlist

The Munich giants have been in the market for a new goalkeeper, with Manuel Neuer injured. Bayern have been on the lookout for a replacement, and have placed Borussia Monchengladbach’s Yann Sommer at the top of their transfer shortlist.

The German goalkeeper has played over 250 Bundesliga matches for Gladbach. He also represented Switzerland at the 2014 World Cup. With the team eliminated, he then had to face a leg fracture during a skiing trip.

It seems that the 34-year-old has the credentials to become a star at a big club. Having already surpassed Marc-Andre ter Stegen to claim the Bundesliga’s saves record, Sommer could prove to be the next in line.

Manchester City have given Ilkay Gundogan the green light to leave Roma

Manchester City have given Ilkay Gundogan the green light to leave the club. The German midfielder is due to leave the Etihad Stadium in the summer.

He has been in the engine room for five seasons at the club. He has been an integral part of the squad and has scored eight goals this season.

He is expected to be a key player in the title fight against Aston Villa. However, there are still questions over his future at the club.

His contract with Manchester City expires in the summer of 2023. If he leaves, there are a number of clubs who are likely to be interested in him.

Atletico Madrid need a left back to rest Jordi Alba

It has been a rough year for Barcelona left back Jordi Alba. He has been injured and out of the team on more than one occasion. Although he is expected to be fit for Barca’s La Liga title decider against Atletico Madrid, there are concerns that he may not be ready to play in the final weeks of the season.

In recent months, there have been reports that Alba is considering a move to Manchester United. Nevertheless, Barca could still look to bring in a replacement to help the left-back position over the summer.

Liverpool are leading the chase to sign Ghanaian international

Liverpool are leading the chase to sign Ghana international Abdul Fatawu Isshaku. The 22-year-old has been called up to the senior national team, and could make his debut against Morocco next month. He has also been exceptional for Benfica in domestic tournaments.

He has been named the most valuable player of the Africa Under-20 Cup of Nations. This makes him a perfect profile for Liverpool. And with an illustrious career already under his belt, he may make a big impression.

There is a huge amount of competition for the player, though. Everton and Manchester City are reportedly also interested, as is Juventus. In addition, Liverpool have been keeping tabs on the player through their World Cup scouts.
