A one-hour service is equivalent to Rs. 2,500 (Approx. USD 30) while a two-hour service with treatments such as scalp massage and hair treatment is Rs. 5,000 (Approx. USD 67). A four-hour package that includes 60 minutes of hot stone massage, facial and hair wash comes at a cost of Rs. 10,000 (Approx. USD 134). What if I have a treatment booked but can’t make it?
If you are unable to make it to your treatment, please contact the spa to cancel as early as possible. There is a $25 fee when cancelling 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, or for not showing up without cancelling at all. To make up the missed service, we recommend booking a later appointment with Go Glam Spa. If you are looking to reschedule an appointment booked in advance, please call us ASAP so that we can accommodate you.
Do you accept walk-ins or appointments only?
We accept appointments only. This helps us ensure that we have time to spend with each client, taking care of all their needs. We also offer a best spa in islamabad so you can book a service before your visit. If you are not able to find an appointment that suits your schedule, please give us a call or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request!
What payment methods do you accept?
Go Glam Spa accepts cash, all major credit cards, PayPal, and most e-payment options. We want you to have the peace of mind that your financial transactions are safe!
Can I cancel my appointment with less than 24 hour notice?
Please give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You can reschedule or get a refund up to 3 days prior. Please understand that last minute cancellations affect our staffing budget, so the remaining balance on your appointment will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge of 50% of the full price, whether you reschedule or not.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Don’t forget to bring your I.D. as well as a form of payment with you to your appointment at Go Glam spa! We accept cash, all major credit cards, bank transfers, or any other option you prefer. Be sure to set aside the time to come in when setting up your appointment; we are open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm.
