  1. A cardboard box
  2. A Glue Gun
  3. Scissors
  4. Knife
  5. A ruler
  6. Crayons or markers. (optional)

Step 01: Choose the Right Rigid Boxes Shape

The first step is to get some right-size for paper containers. When choosing a paper shape Custom Packaging – Rigid Boxes, there are many options. If you’re looking for a square box, you’ll want to choose one that is not too tall or wide because it can be hard to see the content across the room. A long and slim box is best if you want people to see all of your items easily. Also, make sure that it’s large enough to fit your project. And that you have ample space around it for your wrapping paper.

Step 02: Measure the Dimensions and Cut Them Out

Now that you have your white rigid boxes, it’s time to start assembling it. To begin, determine your box’s length, breadth, and height. Place one sheet on a table and hold it against the side of your pack. Add the dimensions to this measurement and ensure that they are equal.

Then, cut out a square in cardboard exactly the size of each side of the box. Do this by cutting along four sides of your cardboard so it fits nicely in the centre of your box. This way, when you fold up the sides, it will still fit perfectly in the middle and won’t be as likely to fall over. Also, leave one side uncut. Finally, use glue to stick these squares together into a square box!

Step 03: Tape Up the Rigid Box

Tape up the container with some tape. So it’s sturdy and not easily opened by accident. Cover the top of the box with some paper and tape it around the edges. This prevents your finished product from getting too dirty or damaged. Place the square pieces on top of your box, sticky side down, so that it covers as much of the surface area as possible.

Now you need to fold over one edge of this piece of paper. So that it overlaps with the second edge. Then fold over that second edge and press down firmly along all three sides using your fingers, a ruler, or a similar tool. Tape this section with tape so that nothing falls out while folding or tearing it apart later! Make sure all three folds are parallel and overlap by no more than 2cm.

Step 04: Tape down The Bottom with Duct Tape

The last step is to tape the bottom of your rigid carton box with duct tape. This will help keep your pack from falling over. And it’s also a good idea to do this if you want to reuse the box again.

Step 05: Decoration

Method 02: Make a Rectangular Box

Next, we’re going to make a rectangular box from paper. The finished product will be pretty simple and easy to make. With some tools you already have in your home.

Here are the steps:

Step 01: Cut the Paper

Cut the paper to fit your box’s dimensions. This is the base of your box. So make sure it’s big enough to expand into a rectangular shape when finished. Cut out a strip of paper twice as long as one side of your pack. The top and bottom pieces will be attached. You can use this piece as a template if necessary. Make sure there are no gaps between each piece for everything to fit together nicely later. Glue or tape one edge of each rectangle onto another piece so they become one large rectangle. This will help keep them straight while they dry. Once they’re stuck together, use masking tape around all edges except where you want something like handles sewn into place later on. And make sure those edges are sticky enough.

Step 02: Assemble the Base

Now that you have your paper container, it’s time to assemble the base. Fold the paper in half, then fold each side down, so they meet at one end of the folded piece. Fold these two sides together like a book and crease well with your fingers. You can also use a ruler. Just press down firmly on all points where you’ve made folds. So that they are even and smooth throughout their length.Repeat this step twice more for each side of your wholesale rigid gift boxes

Step 03: Put Together the Sides

To ensure that your pack is straight, use a ruler to measure where you want to cut off one side of your paper. And then go for a bone folder to fold it in half like so:

  1. Fold along the dotted line once more. Make sure you do this carefully, so there aren’t any creases or folds along your paper’s length.
  2. You’ll notice that folding over one edge will form a point on top.

Step 4. Fold and Assemble the Box Lid

Next, fold the lid in half and then again. Fold the bottom third of your box toward the top so you have a small triangle at its base. Then fold your square in half diagonally to form an X shape. Repeat this with each box side until all four sides are folded at least once.

Step 05: Glue Seams Together With a Ruler and Clear Tape

By now, you should have your box in front of you. Starting from one end, line up the ruler along the seam and make sure it’s straight. Then, tape the seam with clear tape. And let it dry. Remove the ruler when the glue has dried, and you’re done. This guide has assisted y
