Saudi Arabia’s Hajj and Umrah Ministry has a rule that says women can do Umrah and Hajj with or without a Mahram.
If a woman is 45 years old or older, she can perform Umrah without her Mahram in an organised group as long as she has a letter from her Mahram saying that she can travel alone.
Ihram for women

During Tawaf, Ramal means to walk quickly around the Kaaba three times.
