What is a shared office?
A shared workspace in Finsbury Park where people can come to work independently, but also have the opportunity to collaborate with others. It’s the perfect solution for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses who want to get out of the house and be around other like-minded people. With offices ranging from 1-3 desks, we’re confident that we’ll have something that suits your needs.
We are based on Grayston Road near Finsbury Park Station (zone 2) – close to buses and trains, so you don’t need a car if you choose to work here. With plenty of onsite parking for those without bikes or cars – you won’t have an excuse not to cycle or walk into work!
We provide desks/deskspaces from £30 per day/£160 per week (monthly rates available). There are no contracts or hidden fees, just pay as you go.

It’s only £120 a month for an office space, which includes unlimited access to the kitchen and WiFi. The price also includes hot drinks, filtered water, fresh fruit, cereal bars, fresh sandwiches and more. So not only will you save money on rent but you’ll also have access to all these goodies too! Interested in a virtual address instead? That’ll only cost you £50 a month! Some important things to note are that reception isn’t included with either of these packages, so if you need someone to greet your visitors just ask one of our team members and they’ll happily help out. Also keep in mind that as well as meeting rooms being available as part of your membership package there’s an option for remote booking through Hot Desk Membership if things get busy at certain times.
