Qualification -
- Graduation or Diploma Holder with all Certificates in place
Experience : Freshers or at least 1 Year of Helpdesk Experience
Duties :
# Creating and managing accounts for various in house applications
# Creation of New User accounts, account transfers
# Windows account maintenance
# Mainframe ID creation and provisioning of additional access
# Creation and modification of SecurID profiles on ACE server
# Active Directory and Exchange Administration
# Updating Web directory and Global Address Book.
# FTP/SEFT Account administration
# Outlook troubleshooting
Experience :
- Freshers or at least 1 Year of Helpdesk Experience
Skills :
# Experience on Active Directory and Exchange 2003 Administration
# Experience on Mainframe and SecurID provisioning is an added advantage.
# Should be well versed in handling Outlook/Lotus Notes issues
# Excel Reporting Skills
# Provisioning experience with good knowledge on Active Directory/Exchange.
# Should be a Team Player with multitasking and problem solving skills.
# Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
# Willingness to work in Shifts (24/7 environment)
