Upon receipt of the completed form, the bank will generate a user id and reference number for the customer. These are then stored in the bank’s database.
Once the customer has received his Customer ID and Reference Number, he can then register for OBC Net Banking. He will then be prompted to provide his debit card details and transaction password. To complete this, he must enter the amount and the transaction date.
As soon as the OBC customers complete the registration process, they will receive an OTP to their mobile number. To verify their mobile number, they can enter the OTP into the verification box. Once the customer has completed the process, the OBC bank will then validate the information. Upon validation, the customer will be prompted to enter their User ID and password. Lastly, they will be notified that their Internet Banking service has been activated. Depending on the type of account, the user will be able to access several features.
