The Orlando Business Journal

The Orlando Business Journal is the official magazine of the Orlando International Airport and is a member of the American City Business Journals news network Dallas Business Journal. The publication features a variety of topics, including 40 under 40 awards, Sponsors, Local business news, Influencers, and more. It is distributed to more than 400,000 business owners and professionals.

Influencers

The tourism industry is tentatively reopening in Florida after a coronavirus pandemic, and social media influencers are returning to Orlando to promote the area. The Gaylord Palms is the first local resort to host an influencer, providing two nights’ accommodations and access to the resort’s amenities. Influencers are key to a hotel’s marketing strategy, because locals are the initial source of traffic. By bartering with influencers, businesses can reach hundreds of thousands of eyeballs.

To leverage the power of influencers, companies must make sure their messaging reaches them. To do that, brands must engage local influencers on a regular basis. They should post at least one blog post a day and use two or more social media platforms. To ensure that their message gets out there, they should provide fun images of their guests having fun at the resort.

40 Under 40 Awards

The Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 Awards honors young Central Florida leaders who have made a difference in the community Charlotte Business Journal. Each year, the magazine profiles a group of individuals who have shown a commitment to community service as much as their own career success. These leaders have shaped the Orlando metro area through their efforts and have given back to their communities in significant ways.

In honor of their accomplishments, Orlando’s 40 Under 40 honorees are given an opportunity to network and gain valuable business experience. The Orlando Business Journal will celebrate the honorees at a reception on Nov. 6 at Audi North Orlando. The 40 Under 40 list will showcase a diverse group of talented young professionals, including those who are still in their early 20s, but are making a difference in the industry.

The 40 Under 40 awards are presented to forty local executives in their fields. All of the executives must be under 40 years old, and have played an integral role in shaping the Central Florida community. The winners represent companies located in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Volusia counties. In addition to a successful career, these 40 young leaders have also contributed to the growth of the Orlando economy and a number of charitable organizations.

Forty Under 40 is the region’s premier award for young businesspeople. Founded in 1992, it has recognized more than 900 businesspeople and businesswomen.
