Take your kids on a day trip. Visit a theme park. There are many things you can do to make your day more memorable, such as thrill rides, foam pits and splash action. There is nothing better than having fun with your family and being completely mindless.
1. Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park
The Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park is a combination of an adventure park, a waterpark and a sports & recreation park. The adventure park’s thrilling obstacle course may not be suitable for children under five, but the water park and sports- & leisure park offer plenty of fun for them.
You’ll feel your heart drop before you even get in the pool with thrilling slides such as Supersurf, Yellow Wall and G-Force Alley. The younger ones will love “Hola Flora” TOTs play with water sprayers and Splash World, which has a huge water bucket, sprinklers and a tamer version of water slides.
You can ice skate like the queen of an icy, wintry kingdom at the Sports & Leisure Park. Or, fly high at Jump Street indoor trampoline park, which has different courts, a Foam Pit, and Air Bag. This is the place to learn how to slam-dunk a basketball. It might give you a temporary high (pun intended).
2. LEGOLAND Malaysia
LEGOLAND(r), Malaysia has been a well-known tourist destination for many years. It’s easy to see why.
You’ll need a full day to see this wonderland with its 70+ rides, attractions and 7 themed zones – NINJACO world, Miniland and Imagination Technic, Kingdoms and Land of Adventure – spread across its water park and theme park.
You can book a room in a LegoLand Hotel themed room to fully immerse you into an adventure at LegoLand. For more ideas, check out our Family’s Guide To LegoLand Malaysia!
3. Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast
Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast offers rides and play options that are both safe for children as well as thrills for the more daring. The water park is set against the backdrop of a traditional Malaysian fishing community. It has five themed zones.
Rides like the Super Twister or Wild Whirl are for thrill seekers. These rides will send riders crashing down steep entrances on a raft. The Penawar River is a 350-metre long lazy river that loops around the lake. If you’re looking to relax and just enjoy the water, this is the place to go.
The Kids Ahoy Zone is for toddlers. There are three play areas for toddlers that are age-appropriate and have water equipment. They also have 13 water slides.
4. Fanpekka
Fanpekka is the “town” Santa’s fairy helper Tontu has made magical. The indoor park is a whimsical place where children can have fun with different types of play. You will find many role-play areas, including a variety of shops, a castle, and a pirate boat, where little ones can go on incredible imaginary adventures. There is also a toy corner and art and craft activities as well as a large ball pit.
5. X Park Sunway Iskandar
X Park Sunway Iskandar, which is dedicated to both motorized and non-motorized sport, is the place to go for heart-racing action. There are many outdoor and indoor activities available, including archery, ATV riding, flying foxes, go-karting and rollerblading, wall climbing and kayaking.
6. Euro Fun Park
Euro Fun Park Malaysia is the country’s largest traveling theme park. They will set up at different locations depending on their schedule. The carnival games and rides include rollercoasters, family rides, and kiddie rides. There is plenty of entertainment for everyone!
There is no location fixed. For the most current location and upcoming schedules, please visit their website or like them on Facebook.
As a parent, you can’t help but want to take your children here after seeing this place, right? In addition, if you are a couple, do you also want to go on a date in these paradises? These places are very suitable for families with children, friends or couples!
Whether you are traveling alone, in pairs or in a group, I strongly recommend that you take a taxi from Singapore to JB (Johor Bahru), such as SGMYTRIPS. Because if you are taking public transportation, you need to get on and off the bus and take a big backpack and walk for a while just to cross the border from Singapore to Malaysia, and even need to change buses halfway, which is a very inconvenient choice! But if you choose a private taxi, you don’t have these troubles at all. The driver of SGMYTRIPS will pick you up at your designated location and send you to your destination in Malaysia. You don’t need to get on or off the car during the whole process, it’s so easy!
If you also want to know about taxi from Singapore to Desaru, they also provide this service, and no matter which part of Malaysia you want to travel, you can find them!
