When I first visited the Physical Therapy office in Durham, my initial goal was to be able to walk without pain. After months of dealing with chronic pain and fatigue, it had become increasingly difficult for me to perform simple tasks such as walking to the mailbox. The pain and discomfort were making it impossible for me to do things I used to enjoy, like taking a walk or going shopping.

At the Physical Therapy office in Durham, I began physical therapy with a plan in place to reduce my pain and improve my ability to move. My therapist designed specific exercises to help strengthen my muscles, increase my range of motion, and reduce inflammation. We also focused on techniques such as stretching and posture correction, as well as balance and coordination activities.

I am now able to walk again with minimal pain and discomfort thanks to the diligent work of my physical therapist. The combination of strengthening exercises, stretches, and other techniques have greatly reduced my pain and allowed me to regain mobility. I am grateful for the treatment and care that I received at the Physical Therapy office in Durham and am so glad that I was able to reach my goal of walking without pain.

To be able to stand for long periods of time

When I first came to the Physical Therapy Office in Durham, one of my main goals was to be able to stand for long periods of time without pain. I had been suffering from lower back and leg pain, and standing was becoming increasingly difficult.

My physical therapist at the Physical Therapy Office in Durham taught me a variety of exercises and stretches to improve my flexibility and strength. We also worked on improving my posture and balance, which were key factors in relieving my pain while standing. With the help of my physical therapist, I was able to slowly increase the amount of time I could stand without any pain.

I am now able to stand for long periods of time with no pain, something that I once thought would not be possible. I am incredibly thankful for the help and guidance I received from my physical therapist at the Physical Therapy Office in Durham, as it has allowed me to regain my ability to stand without any pain.

To be able to sit without pain

When I first came to the Physical Therapy office in Durham, my goal was to be able to sit without pain. I had been experiencing pain in my back and hips when I tried to sit down for even a short amount of time, so being able to sit comfortably was something that I was striving for. With the help of my physical therapist, I have been able to improve my strength and flexibility and now I can sit for extended periods of time without experiencing any discomfort. Through my therapy sessions, I have learned how to properly position my body while sitting and use proper posture techniques to maintain comfort and stability. My physical therapist has also provided me with exercises that I can do at home to continue improving my ability to sit without pain. I am thankful for the progress I have made and look forward to continuing to make strides towards this goal.
